結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理:
張力傳感器的原理是在稱重傳感器的基礎(chǔ)上,利用兩個(gè)張力傳遞部件來傳遞力,力傳感器的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)是固定在壓電板中心區(qū)域的壓電板墊片的一側(cè),壓電基片是位于另一側(cè)邊緣和力傳遞部分之間并靠近壓電板張力傳感器按其工作原理可以分為應(yīng)變片型和微位移型。應(yīng)變片型張力傳感器是張力應(yīng)變片和壓縮應(yīng)變片按照電橋方式連接在一起。應(yīng)變片的電阻值會隨著外壓力的變化而變化,改變值的多少取決于壓力的大小。
而微位移型張力傳感器是通過外力施加負(fù)載,從而使板簧產(chǎn)生位移,然后通過差接變壓器檢測出張力,由于板簧的位移量極小,所以叫微位移張力檢測器。
根據(jù)不同拉力的強(qiáng)度和尺寸,設(shè)計(jì)了不同外形的張力傳感器,如S型張力傳感器,板環(huán)張力傳感器等。S型張力傳感器是最常用的機(jī)械傳感器,用于測量固體,大部分張力和壓力,通常稱為拉壓力傳感器,因?yàn)樗雌饋硐褚粋€(gè)S形,所以稱為S型張力傳感器上使用。
而張力傳感器多數(shù)采用三輪樣式的結(jié)構(gòu),為了不影響纜繩的運(yùn)行所以在設(shè)計(jì)上也做到了堅(jiān)固而緊湊的原理設(shè)計(jì),測量重復(fù)度好,精度高,安裝簡便是基于三輪樣式的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)。而且中心輪的可移動性也便于安裝及運(yùn)行
