脈沖編碼器是一種光學(xué)式位置檢測元件,編碼盤直接裝在電機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)軸上,以測出軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度位置和速度變化,其輸出信號(hào)為電脈沖。脈沖編碼器是一種角位移傳感器,它能夠把機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)角變成電脈沖。脈沖編碼器可分為光電式、接觸式和電磁式一種,其中,光電式應(yīng)用比較多
推薦使用推挽輸出(HTL電平)和長線驅(qū)動(dòng)(TTL電平)類型的編碼器;
不推薦使用集電極開路NPN或PNP類型、或電壓輸出類型的編碼器,使用該種類型的編碼器還需增加上拉或下拉電阻編碼器模板才能采集到編碼器信號(hào),上拉或下拉電阻的阻值與編碼器的參數(shù)有很大關(guān)系,需用戶自行確認(rèn)。

脈沖編碼器模板用于NTAC-02變頻器實(shí)現(xiàn)閉環(huán)矢量控制和閉環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)矩控制功能,只適用于NTAC-02變頻器,是編碼器的接口模塊。該模塊可以與HTL(高電壓晶體管邏輯,24V)或TTL(晶體管邏輯,5V)脈沖編碼器一起使用,可以接受單電平信號(hào)與差分信號(hào)兩種類型編碼器。

Encoders of push-pull output (HTL level) and long-line drive (TTL level) types are recommended;
It is not recommended to use an open-collector NPN or PNP type, or a voltage output type encoder, the use of this type of encoder needs to add a pull-up or pull-down resistance encoder template to collect the encoder signal, the pull-up or pull-down resistance and the encoder parameters have a lot to do with the resistance value, need to be confirmed by the user.
The pulse encoder template is used to achieve closed-loop vector control and closed-loop torque control functions in the MM440 converter. It is only applicable to the NTAC-02 converter and is the interface module of the encoder. The module can be used with HTL(high voltage transistor logic, 24V) or TTL (transistor logic, 5V) pulse encoders and can accept both single-level and differential encoders.
