The operation of the control card is completely controlled by the microprocessor, which is highly adapted to various gas detectors and application requirements. Configuration Settings are securely stored in EEPROM memory.

The control card is available in two models, each customized for a specific gas detector type:

Single channel control card
The single-channel control card performs the following key control functions on a single gas detection loop:

One. Process incoming sensor drive module signals. b. Display the signal level on the LCD on the front panel. c. Compare the signal level with the predefined alarm limits. d. When the predefined alarm limit is exceeded, it activates the alarm by lighting the front panel LED and operating the optional connected relay. e. Share alarm status information with other cards. f. Self-verify the operation of its circuit components, software functions, and sensor status.

The sensor drive module adjusts the input catalytic signal or the 4-20mA sensor signal and provides the necessary sensor power supply. It includes all the circuits necessary to generate the voltage and current needed to drive the sensor, to capture the sensor signal, and to scale the sensor signal to a standard output. These sensor driver modules come pre-installed at the factory and seamlessly plug into the channel control card.
