The V7768 dual-slot VME single-board Computer (SBC) gives system designers the flexibility to cost-effectively accommodate a wide and diverse range of 1/0 functions while delivering outstanding processing performance. Flexibility and ease of use
One of Abaco Systems’ first products to utilize Intel’s dual-core architecture, the 7768 offers processing speeds of up to 2.16 GH through the Intel Core 2 dual-core external processor and the Intel 945GME Express chipset and Rich /0 set. For easier installation and maintenance, the 7768 integrates the asyRal PMC mounting system, allowing the PMC palette to be installed when accessible only from the exposed “part” side. It is no longer necessary to remove the multi-slot carrier assembly to access the PMC mounting screws, greatly reducing configuration time.
