8516-038壓鑄鋁機械液壓降速器控制 API611 汽輪機，驅動不需要同步（恒速）操作的泵、壓縮機或發(fā)電機。調速器通過輸入驅動軸感應渦輪轉子轉速，將該速度與內部速度設定點進行比較，然后使用連接到渦輪調速閥的旋轉輸出端軸控制渦輪進氣汽流量。
這種獨立的調速器利用集成的傳動軸驅動的球頭組件來檢測渦輪機速度，并利用集成的傳動軸驅動的油泵來產生移動/控制渦輪機調速閥所需的輸出力。
替換為：帶超速測試設備 （OTSD） 的 8516-175，或不帶 OSTD 的 9904-814

8516-038 Die cast aluminum mechanical hydraulic retarder controls the API611 steam turbine to drive pumps, compressors or generators that do not require synchronous (constant speed) operation. The governor senses the turbine rotor speed through an input drive shaft, compares this speed to an internal speed set point, and then controls the turbine intake steam flow using a rotating output shaft connected to the turbine speed-regulating valve.
This independent governor utilizes an integrated driveshaft-driven ball head assembly to detect turbine speed and an integrated driveshaft-driven oil pump to generate the output force needed to move/control the turbine speed-regulating valve.
Replace with: 8516-175 with Overspeed Test Equipment (OTSD), or 9904-814 without OSTD
